We specialize in rotational molds fabricated from sheet metal using eighter aluminum, steel, or stainless steel as well as cast molds. Our molds come complete with mounting frame bolt holsters and nut certs as well as venting. We offer date stamp, engraved logos, sandblasting, shot peen, mill finish or mirror finish. Approach
Whether it’s a hand sketch, a 2D Drawing or a full blast 3D the approach is the same. Our engineers will assess the drawings, establish a set of questions to discuss with our clients, redraft the drawing to include a shrinkage factor and generate timed guidelines for production. Different finishes exhibit different shrinkage factor. Unless otherwise specified we will resort to our accumulated data from previous projects and apply the proper factor.
