- Generate 3D drawings – flat layout
- Projects with high tolerances are handled through CNC (Computer Numerical
Control) i.e. laser cutting for pattern and CNC bending equipment.
- Metal preparation (acid cleaning and chambering/beveling)
- Tack welding parts of mold, then stitch welding opposite sides to
reduce heat deformation of metal.
- Upon completion of welding procedures, solid internal welds with external
stitch weld are grinded and cleaned.
- Interior finish completed (sandblasting, polishing or shot peen)
